I'm having a serious problem with the audio in my circuit and I don't know how to solve it.
A loop powered isolator is basically a center tapped transformer which has the input 4/20mA current flowing through its center tap on the primary. An oscillator circuit alternately switches the current through each half of the primary. This alternating current creates a current in the secondary of the transformer. In a balanced interface (professional audio), the ground voltage difference may reveal inadequate common-mode rejection at the input stage of the equipment or other design defects. A ground isolator in the signal path is the fundamentally correct way to eliminate system ground loop problems. The loop can be isolated by either connecting an isolator in the circuit between the sensor and controller or by using an isolated channel pin at the controller side. Isolation is nothing but physically and electrically separating two circuits, so that there is no direct conducting path. Mar 09, 2017 Rather than buying a ground loop isolator I bought a BT adapter that had it's own power connection and built in ground loop isolation (since I was tired of HAVING to plug in the phone, rather.
Ground Loop Isolator Circuit
I've got my board hooked up to an amplifier, like so:
What you see there is an 11V LiPo battery powering a Lepai2020a+ amp and a 5V switching regulator which supplies power to my board. Fallout 4 dmg modyellowalley. (The Mighty) The Mighty has a line-out connection, and the (unshielded) RCA cable connected to that is attached to the amplifier.

But as soon as I try to power both from the same battery, all hell breaks loose, and the only thing that can be heard is a loud buzzing noise coming from the data being transmitted to some LED modules attached to my board. Said modules are connected by a couple ribbon cables.

Here is the schematic of my audio circuit. The amp is connected to the line out, not the speaker connection:

Any idea how I can fix this?
